Stick butter Cream or milk to creamy consistency |
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into roast potato sized chunks and bring to boil
in 2-3 quart pan.
2. Boil until easily broken with a fork ~20 minutes.
3. Drain and add the stick of butter.
4. Mash the potatoes until all of the lumps are gone.
5. Electric whisk while adding cream or milk to the desired consistency.
6. Keep stirring until completely creamy.
Tip: Serve immediately.
