About YourPhotoCard
YourPhotoCard was originally incorporated in Nevada in 2001 (and incorporated in Texas in 2009) as a way for people to create a personal database of photographs professionally taken at popular vacation sites i.e. ski resorts, theme parks, historical sites, National Parks, etc.
Historical Research
The finding of a small book, printed in 1825, in the attic of a priest's house in Fyvie in 1980 has turned into a multi-decade project.
Historical Timeline database
- This developed as a means of collating all of the items belonging to a historical research project which, even for a small project, can amount to thousands or even millions of artifacts.
- The Ascanius project alone has over 100,000 items associated with it including 7,638 full text books many hosted on Google Books.
